Long time no type...

Okay, a long time ago (meaning early February 2010) I started this blog with the intent on posting updates as to what I am doing in regards to glyph pictures. As can be seen, either I have done nothing or I have been a bad blogger. Well, more of the latter is the case.

So, to fill in the gap... I have continued writing, done nothing more with Farm Zombies (yet), more writing (in actuality, I have completed three shorts and am working on two features), tried and failed at starting a podcast (twice) and the biggest news of all, [insert fan-fare here] I have gone back to school.

That's right; I am currently attending SAIT Polytechnic in the Television program. I finished the first year where I was able to write, produce and direct a five-minute documentary on coffee.
It is up on YouTube and you can see it at glyphpictures.

I am looking forward to heading back in September. Other than that, I have been working a summer job as an archaeologist.

This job has taken up much more of my free time than I had hoped. My big plan for when I was out of town was to do a lot of writing in the evenings, but mostly I just lie on the hotel bed and
recuperate. I have found that at times, walking through the forest with my shovel in my hand, is a good time to think about story ideas. Also, it’s a good time to watch out for bears…

Well, that’s about all for now. I am hoping to update this blog a little more frequently in the future. If nothing, I will post my progress for the rest of my schooling.

I’m out.
